Sense6 every day, free forever
- 100k AI tokens per person each day
- Every app: mail, calendar, chat, docs, sheets
- 1 connected account per person
- Starts with 14 days of everything
Sense6 brings your mail, calendar, meetings, chat, documents and spreadsheets together, with an AI assistant that works across all of them and asks before it acts.
No card needed · Works with Microsoft 365, Google and iCloud
Every email from every account in one place, sorted by what needs you. Sense6 summarizes long threads, drafts replies in your voice, turns requests into tasks, and archives newsletters and promotions (never deleting a thing).
Press ⌘K anywhere. Sense6 answers from your mail, files and meetings, writes and sends (with your approval), schedules, updates sheets, creates tasks and runs things on a schedule, like a morning brief or a Friday report.
Find a time with anyone, drag to reschedule, add guests and Zoom links. During the call: live captions and translation. After: notes, decisions and action items, already in everyone's task list.
Channels and direct messages with catch-up summaries of what you missed. Documents and spreadsheets you edit together in real time, with Sense6 drafting, rewriting, analyzing and charting on request.
Every email, attachment, file, chat and meeting becomes knowledge Sense6 can search and quote, with a link to the source. It only ever sees what you're allowed to see.
Tell Sense6 what you offer and who you're looking for in a two-minute chat. When there's a fit, both sides are asked first; you only meet people who said yes.
Plans differ only in how much AI they include, connected accounts and admin features.

Sense6 is an AI office: one app for your email, calendar, meetings, chat, documents and spreadsheets, with an AI assistant that works across all of them. It sorts your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, writes up meetings, answers questions from your files and runs recurring jobs, and it asks before it sends, books or deletes anything.
No. You keep your Microsoft 365, Google or iCloud accounts and addresses, and Sense6 works on top of them: what you read, archive, send and schedule in Sense6 shows up in Outlook or Gmail too. You can also take a new @sense6.io address.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Workspace and Gmail, iCloud, and other email accounts over IMAP. You can connect more than one account of each, like a work and a personal address. Meetings can use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or Sense6's own video calls.
Yes. Every workspace starts with 14 days of everything, no card needed. After that you can stay on the Free plan for good, with every app and 100k AI tokens per person each day, or choose Starter, Pro or Power for more AI.
An assistant built into one suite mostly sees that suite. Sense6 brings Microsoft 365, Google and iCloud accounts into one inbox, calendar and set of files, so its answers and actions draw on all of your work. It checks with you before anything goes out, and can undo what it changed.
No. Your mail, files and conversations are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone's. Each workspace chooses where its data and AI processing stay (the US or the EU), answers only use what each person is allowed to see, and admins get two-step sign-in, SSO, SCIM, retention rules and an audit log.
Yes. Sense6 works in any browser and installs as an app on your computer, tablet or phone, with notifications. A Chrome extension also brings the assistant into Gmail and Outlook on the web.
Professionals, founders and small and mid-sized teams who spend their day in email and meetings: consultants, agencies, sales, operations and anyone who wants their inbox, calendar and follow-ups handled. Enterprise adds pooled AI, retention and legal hold, and custom terms.
Free for 14 days, no card needed. Keep your accounts; Sense6 works on top of them.
You can connect a Google account under Settings → Connected accounts so your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Contacts work inside Sense6. Sense6 asks Google only for what these features need:
| Permission | What Sense6 does with it |
|---|---|
| Read, organize and send your email (gmail.modify) | Shows your Gmail inbox in Sense6 and searches it; when you archive, delete, label or read a message in Sense6, does the same in Gmail; sends the messages and replies you write or approve from your Gmail address; and, when you ask, summarizes messages, drafts replies and makes tasks from them. Sense6 never permanently deletes your email. |
| See and manage your events (calendar.events) | Shows your meetings in Sense6, finds free times, and creates, reschedules and cancels the meetings you ask for, with Google Meet links and invitations. |
| See and manage your contacts (contacts) | Shows the people in your Google Contacts in Sense6's Contacts and suggests their addresses when you write an email or invite people to a meeting. When you add, edit or delete a contact in Sense6 and choose Google Contacts, the same happens there. Lets you invite the contacts you pick to Sense6 Connect (one email each, with an unsubscribe link). |
| See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app (drive.file) | Sense6 can reach only the Drive files you choose in Google's file picker and the ones it saves to your Drive, never the rest of your Drive. It opens those files so you can read, search and ask questions about them. When you rename, replace or delete one of them in Sense6, upload a file to Drive from Sense6, or save a document you edited in Sense6 back to its Drive file, the same happens in Google Drive (deleted files go to the Drive trash). |
Sense6 never sells Google data, never uses it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Details are in our Privacy policy.
