Privacy policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information ONECLOUD LLC ("we") collects when you use Sense6 at sense6.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. It includes how we handle information we receive from Google and Microsoft when you connect those accounts.
Google and Microsoft accounts you connect in Sense6 Ai, the app on your computer, are covered by the Sense6 Ai privacy policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), profile picture if you add one, and security settings such as two-step verification.
- Content you create or receive in Sense6: email, chat messages, meetings and their transcripts and notes, documents, sheets, files, tasks, and your conversations with the Sense6 assistant.
- Information from accounts you connect: if you connect Google, Microsoft, iCloud or another email account, the email, calendar events, files and contacts described below.
- Money: the expenses, receipts, bills and budgets you add in Money, including photos of receipts you take or upload. If you choose to connect a bank, its account names, balances and transactions (see below).
- Phone apps: if you use the Sense6 iPhone, iPad or Android app, a notification token for your device so Sense6 can send you notifications, forgotten when you sign out. Camera and microphone are used only when you start a call, voice mode or a photo, and photos are uploaded only when you choose to.
- Contacts you add: the people you add or import into Sense6 Contacts, and your notes and tags on them. They're private to you unless you share one with your workspace.
- Usage and security information: sign-in times, IP address, browser type, and an audit log of actions taken in your workspace, used to keep the service secure and to show administrators what happened.
- Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in, one remembers your light or dark theme and one your language. On our public pages (not in the app or your account), InfluencerEngine stores a visitor ID in a cookie and your browser’s storage, to tell which partner sent you and whether you downloaded or bought Sense6 Ai; it sees the page address and those events, nothing you type. We use no advertising cookies.
Google user data
When you choose to connect a Google account, Sense6 requests these permissions and uses them only as described:
| Data | How Sense6 uses it |
|---|---|
| Gmail messages (read and organize) | To show your inbox in Sense6, let you search it, and, when you ask, summarize messages, draft replies, sort and archive mail, and create tasks from it. When you archive, delete, label or read a message in Sense6, the same happens in Gmail. Sense6 never permanently deletes your email. |
| Gmail (send) | To send the email you write or approve in Sense6 from your address. Sense6 never sends email you didn't ask for or approve. |
| Google Calendar events (read and manage) | To show your meetings, find free times, and create, change or cancel the meetings you ask for. |
| Google Contacts (read and edit) | To show your contacts in Sense6, suggest their addresses when you write email or invite people to meetings, save to Google Contacts the contacts you add, edit or delete in Sense6 when you choose to, and, only when you choose to, send the contacts you pick a single invitation to Sense6 Connect. Contacts removed in Google are removed here at the next sync. |
| Google Drive: only the files you choose | Sense6 can reach only the Drive files you pick in Google's file picker (or open from a link) and the files it saves to your Drive, never the rest of your Drive. It shows those files in Sense6 so you can read, search and ask questions about them, and renames, replaces or deletes (to the Drive trash) them when you choose to, including saving a document you edited in Sense6 back to its Drive file. |
Limited Use. Sense6's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you use in Sense6, as described above.
- We don't sell Google user data, and we don't use or transfer it for advertising, credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
- We don't use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- We transfer Google user data to others only to provide Sense6's features (for example, to the AI provider that answers a request you made), for security, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
- People don't read your Google data unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it's needed for security or to investigate abuse, it's required by law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Information from a connected Microsoft account is handled the same way.
Facebook and Instagram. A workspace administrator can connect the business's Facebook Pages (and their Instagram business accounts). Sense6 then receives the messages people send those Pages on Messenger and Instagram, with the sender's name, and the answers people give in the Pages' Lead Ads forms. Messages go to the shared inbox the administrator chooses, where the team can read and answer them; each lead becomes a contact and a follow-up task in the workspace. Sense6 doesn't read personal profiles, feeds or friends, and doesn't use this data for advertising. Page access is stored encrypted. Disconnecting a Page in Admin → Integrations, or removing Sense6 in your Facebook settings, stops access immediately and deletes its stored access.
iCloud. If you connect iCloud, you give Sense6 an app-specific password you create at Apple (never your Apple ID password). It's stored encrypted and used only to sync your iCloud mail, calendars and contacts into Sense6 and to send the email and calendar invitations you ask for. You can revoke it at Apple at any time, which disconnects Sense6 immediately.
Other email (IMAP). If you connect another email account, you give Sense6 that account's password or an app password you create at your email provider. It's stored encrypted and used only to sync that mailbox into Sense6 and to send the email you ask for through it. Disconnect it in Settings, or change the password at your provider, to stop it at any time.
Bank connections (Plaid)
Connecting a bank in Money is optional. When you do, you sign in to your bank through Plaid, and Sense6 receives only your accounts' names, balances and transactions, never your bank password. Sense6 uses them only to show your spending, bills and budgets in Money, and never for advertising, credit decisions or lending. The access to your bank is stored encrypted. Removing the bank in Money stops access at once and deletes its stored access; its transactions stay until you delete them. You can also manage what Plaid has at my.plaid.com.
Sense6 Connect
- Your Connect profile (business, what you offer, your ideal customer, industries, location, what you're looking for, and your onboarding chat) is used only to match you with other members. Members can't browse or search the network; platform administrators can see profiles to prevent abuse.
- Introductions are double opt-in. When someone's request fits you, Sense6 shows you their name and request and asks if you'd like an introduction. Only if you say yes are your name, business and email shared with them, in an introduction email to both of you.
- Inviting contacts. When you choose to invite contacts (from your Sense6 contacts, including ones synced from Google or Microsoft), we send each one a single invitation email on your behalf from our Sense6 Connect address, with your name, any note you add, and an unsubscribe link. We don't send reminders, and never to people who unsubscribed. We keep invited addresses to avoid inviting anyone twice and to credit you when they join.
- You can pause or leave Connect at any time; leaving deletes your profile.
How we use information
- To provide Sense6: show and sync your content, send the messages and invitations you ask for, and run the AI features you use.
- To run AI features when you use them: the text needed for a request (for example, the emails you asked about) is sent to an AI provider to produce the answer. Providers process it to answer the request only.
- To keep Sense6 secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To send you service emails, such as invitations, password resets and security notices. You can turn off optional notices in Settings.
Sharing
Content you share in Sense6 is visible to the people you share it with. Administrators of your workspace can manage accounts, see audit logs, and apply retention and legal-hold rules. We don't sell personal information. We use these service providers to run Sense6, under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing their service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Hostinger · Boston, United States | Servers and the database that store and run Sense6 |
| Cloudflare | DNS, encrypted connections and protection from attacks in front of Sense6 |
| Anthropic | AI model that answers requests and writes drafts, notes and summaries |
| Fireworks AI | AI models and speech-to-text for meeting recordings |
| Resend | Sending email (invitations, notifications, mail you send) |
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions |
| Zoom | Creating Zoom meetings and reading their transcripts, when you connect Zoom |
| Plaid | Connecting bank accounts and reading their balances and transactions, when you connect a bank |
| LiveKit | Relaying audio and video in large Sense6 calls (not recorded) |
Our servers are hosted by an infrastructure provider that stores the data on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Sign-in tokens for connected accounts and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level, access is limited to what each person may see, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
Retention and deletion
- We keep your content while your account exists, subject to your workspace's retention settings.
- Disconnecting a Google or Microsoft account in Settings → Connected accounts stops all access immediately and deletes its stored sign-in tokens. You can also remove Sense6's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings → Account, on the web or in the phone apps. See how to delete your account.
- Mail, events and files already brought into Sense6 stay until you delete them. To have everything from a connected account deleted, or your whole account, contact [email protected]. We complete deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict some uses. To use these rights, contact [email protected]. If your workspace is run by your employer, they control your workspace data and may need to act on your request.
Children
Sense6 is for work and isn't directed to children under 16.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and tell you in Sense6 or by email about significant changes.
