How AI tokens are counted
Sense6 uses a fast model to sort mail, a stronger one to write, and the strongest to reason through hard questions. Each counts in line with what it costs to run:

Questions
What is an AI token?
A token is a small piece of text, about three quarters of a word. Everything Sense6 reads to help you (an email, a document, what you ask) and everything it writes counts. Sorting mail uses the fewest; deep reasoning uses the most, so it counts more.
How far do the tokens go?
The trial's 300k a day covers your inbox sorted and summarized, about 10 questions to the assistant and a handful of drafted replies. An active person asking the assistant about 20 questions a workday uses around 13M a month; most people on Pro never reach their 15M.
What happens when I run out?
Only the AI pauses. Mail, calendar, chat, docs, sheets and everything else keep working. Top up any time, or wait for the allowance to reset at the start of the next month (the next day on the trial and on Free).
What happens when my trial ends?
You move to the Free plan: nothing is locked or deleted, and Sense6 AI keeps working with 100k tokens per person each day. Choose a plan any time for more.
How does per-person billing work?
You pay for the people in your workspace (Enterprise: at least 50). When you add or remove someone, the next invoice is adjusted for the days they were there. Deactivated people and guests who only chat aren't counted.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from Admin → Plan & billing. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge; the AI allowance follows the new plan immediately.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: yearly billing is 12 months for the price of 10. The AI allowance still resets every month. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Admin → Plan & billing; the unused time is credited.
Do top-ups expire?
No. A top-up adds 15M tokens for $25, shared by the whole workspace, used only after someone's monthly allowance runs out.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your mail, files and conversations are never used to train models, and each workspace's data stays in the region you chose (US or EU).
