Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you use Sense6 for) and ONECLOUD LLC for the use of Sense6 at sense6.io. By using Sense6 you agree to them. If you use Sense6 for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

Sense6 is a workspace for mail, meetings, chat, documents, spreadsheets and tasks, with AI features. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We'll give notice before removing something you pay for.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. Workspace administrators can add and remove people, manage settings, and see audit logs for their workspace.

Your content

You own the content you put into Sense6 or bring in from connected accounts. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide Sense6 to you, as described in our Privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you add.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google, Microsoft, Zoom or another service, you authorize Sense6 to access it as you allowed. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. You can disconnect at any time.

AI features

AI features can make mistakes. Review what Sense6 drafts or suggests before relying on it. Sense6 asks for your approval before sending, inviting, cancelling or deleting on your behalf, unless you choose to allow that kind of action.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sense6 to break the law, send spam or phishing, harass people, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, try to get around security or usage limits, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Sense6 at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Before an account is closed, administrators can export their workspace's content, except where the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

Sense6 is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to Sense6 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Sense6 after that means you accept them.
