Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Download Sense6 Ai and use everything for 7 days. You only pay if you subscribe.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Sense6 Ai asks you to choose a plan to keep using it. Buy it monthly or yearly from the app or from this page. Bought from the app, it activates by itself; otherwise paste the key we show you and email you.
Is the AI included?
Yes. Every plan is one price for the app and its AI, with no keys or AI accounts to set up. Each plan says which AI it uses and how much a month covers.
Where do my requests go?
Through Sense6’s AI gateway at sense6.io to your plan’s AI provider, to be answered. Sense6 keeps only counts, never what you ask or what the AI answers. On a Mac with Apple Intelligence, background work can run on the Mac itself, on the plans that keep it on your computer.
What if I use up a month’s AI?
Sense6 tells you when you’re close. You can buy a top-up to keep going, and your plan’s AI starts again on the day your next month begins. Some plans keep working on simpler models until then.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. The price you join at is yours to keep, even when prices go up for new customers. If you cancel and come back later, you join at that day’s price.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time at sense6.io/desktop/license: Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month.
Can I move my key to another computer?
Yes. A key works on up to 3 computers at a time. To move it, deactivate a computer in Sense6 Ai (Settings → License) or at sense6.io/desktop/license, then enter the key on the new one.
How do I cancel?
At sense6.io/desktop/license: enter your key and choose Manage billing or cancel. Sense6 Ai keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us at sense6.io/contact and tell us what happened. We’ll help.
What does “includes all upgrades” mean?
Every new version and feature comes with your subscription at no extra cost. There’s no paid upgrade later.
